1. product introduction
  TYZ—HJ cross section flow meter is according to velocity-area methods for measuring. While the velocity-area methods means to make the cross section of measurement speed devided into many small units. Provided every units unit area flow rate is Vi, and then the total flow is equal to the sum of every unit flows. When unit area devide more, the flow is more accuraty. So this is the principle of coss section flowmeter.

2. range of application

  2.1 nominal diameter: circular pipe: 200mm≤DN≤6000mm

  rectangular pipe: 200mm×200mm≤DN≤6000mm×6000mm

  2.2 nominal pressure: PN≤6.4MPa

  2.3 medium temperature: t≤450℃(>450℃, please note when you ordering)

  2.4 accuracy grade : 1, 1.5, 2.5

  2.5 Reynolds number: ReD>2.5×105

3. structrual style
  retangular pipe with cross section for air flow measurement device: according to such lenth principle of the retagular pipe’s long side and short side. Take the cross section of retangular pipe devided into several same section units, then measuring units flowrate, and make the sum of every units flowrate on average, so we can have a result of the whole lowrate average value.   Air flow measurement device of prototype pipe cross section: The circular pipe section divided into concentric rings with the same area, measure the velocity of each circle, then all the rings (including the central circle) of the average flow velocity, and get the average flow velocity of the circular cross section. 4. Main characteristics

  4.1 without straight pipe, just only with installation site for 250mm~300mm lenth.

  4.2 Outflow coefficient is stabilty, without mark.

  4.3 low pressure loss, small in size.

  4.4 can be mounted into the venting device to fulfill manual or automatic purging.

  4.5 can measure the flow in different structural shape pipe.
