1. product introduction
The TYGB Integrated type Vortex flowmeter with temperature & pressure compensation adopted new design concept, collecting temperature, pressure and flow rate signal in a body. Through intelligent digital processor to output compensated standard flow after the processed three mixed signal, which come true the temperature and pressure compensation for gas and steam. Because of using the intelligent integration design concept, this series Flowmeter has the advantages of compact structure and easy to install and maintenance.
2. Functions and features
2.1 body of table can have the temperature and pressure compensation functions at the same time, can measure the Stdvol-flow or standard mass flow of the fluid.
2.2 all intelligent and digital designed, can compensate the measured fluid flow rate or standard mass flow automatic.
2.3 A brand new digital filter and fixed function makes the flow measurement more accuracy and reliable.
2.4 The battery type can continuous working for more than two years without the external power source.
2.5 New dot matrix Chinese character LCD display, so that the operation is more convenient.

4. Design & installation for meter and ensuring caliber
4.1.When tested gas is vapor，often use quality flow as unit of measurement quality flow，as：t/h or Kg/h. because of vapor(overheating & saturated), density would be changed under different temp & press，so to ensure the flow range, see (8) formula(8)

4.2.For pressure loss， check the effect of pressure loss to craft pipeline，(Unit：Pa)：

Tips：
Ρ: density of medium under working condition(kg/m3)V: mean flow rate(m/s)
4.3.If tested medium is liquid, to avoid 为gasification and loss, shall make the press of pipeline as follow:

Tips：
Δp: pressure loss(Pa)
p0：saturated vapor pressure of liquid which under working temperature.
(Pa absolute pressure)
Po: fluidic vapor pressure
(Pa absolute pressure)
4.4.vortex street flow meter is not suitable for testing high viscosity liquid. if counted measurable lower limit flow is not suitable for designing, pls select and use other meter type..
4.5. If as the counted parameter, the two or more kinds of meter can be used, then use less caliber, cheaper. Tips: as far as possible tested range during upper limit of about 1/2～2/3.
